Please cancel these services immediately

This will not cancel your monthly Box X App charge.  To cancel that. Go to the settings Gear at the top right.  Then choose "Cancel Access".  Use the form below to cancel ALL other services.  If you subscribed to Plex, DriveMob or Empire after 7-14-21, You can cancel these services or change them by going HERE

Please include every known email address you have so we can find all your accounts and subscriptions. If we can't find your account, we will not be able to cancel it.
Choose which services you want to cancel. If you want to cancel every service, even those you are unaware of check the "All Services and Subscriptions box"
